Humanizing healthcare

One voice at a time.

We are Echoes of Us, a storytelling initiative dedicated to amplifying the voices of patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers. Through interviews, reflections, artwork, and writing, we seek to bring humanity, understanding, and connection to the healthcare experience.

We are humans first, patients and practitioners second.

We are all bound by a common thread

Illness may change us, but it does not define us. Beneath the appointments, the scans, the hospital walls, there is a life still unfolding, a voice yearning to be heard. This project is a space for stories—the raw, the tender, the defiant. It is a living archive of patient, caregiver, and medical providers’ stories.

Through interviews, testimonials, visual artwork, and poetry, we will create a living archive of patient, caregiver, and medical provider stories. You have a story to tell, we are here to listen.

OUR MISSION

Hi, we are Sarah and Angelina!

We started Echoes of Us with a shared belief: that stories can heal, connect, and transform. This is a space where silence gives way to dialogue, where empathy becomes action, and where storytelling becomes a form of healing. By opening up honest conversations, we hope to bridge the emotional and communication gaps that often exist in healthcare.
